Terms of service

Last updated: 23 September 2026

These Terms govern use of the Copprly website and purchases made through it. They apply subject to all mandatory rights available to UK consumers.

2.1 About our products
Copprly sells handcrafted copper drinkware and lifestyle products. Because products are made by hand, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, shape, weight and decoration may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade character and are not automatically defects.

2.2 Eligibility and orders
You must be legally capable of entering a contract. An order is accepted when Copprly sends an order-confirmation or dispatch confirmation, or otherwise expressly accepts it. Orders are processed after successful payment authorisation.

2.3 Prices and payment
Prices and currency are shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges or other costs should be displayed clearly before payment. We may correct obvious errors and will contact you where appropriate if an order must be cancelled.

2.4 Handmade manufacturing
Most products are manufactured by hand. Standard orders generally require approximately two business days for manufacturing, followed by packing and dispatch. Bespoke, personalised, unusually large and bulk orders may require additional time, which will be communicated separately.

2.5 Product care and use
Customers must follow supplied care instructions. Unlined pure copper drinkware is primarily intended for plain drinking water. Avoid prolonged storage of acidic, carbonated or alcoholic beverages unless the specific product is expressly designed for that purpose. Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable liquids, harsh chemicals or neglect may not be covered.

2.6 Intellectual property and prohibited use
Website text, photographs, logos, designs and layout belong to Copprly or its licensors. You must not copy, reproduce or commercially use them without permission. You must not use the website unlawfully, submit fraudulent information, interfere with security, upload malware or misuse reviews or customer-support systems.

2.7 Liability and events beyond control
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, Copprly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for delay caused by events reasonably beyond our control, but will take reasonable steps to communicate and minimise disruption.

2.8 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in the part of the UK where you live provide otherwise.
