Shipping policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
4.1 Manufacturing and dispatch
Copprly products are manufactured by hand rather than mass-produced through automated machinery. Standard orders generally require approximately two business days for manufacturing. Packing and dispatch normally follow on the next business day. Accordingly, an order may usually enter transit around the third business day after successful payment confirmation.
4.2 Estimated delivery
Standard UK delivery is usually expected within approximately 6–8 business days from the date of order, including manufacturing and dispatch preparation. This is an estimate unless a guaranteed delivery service has been expressly agreed. Bespoke, personalised, bulk or complex orders may take longer.
4.3 Tracking
After dispatch, we will send a confirmation email with available tracking details. Tracking may take some time to activate after the carrier receives or scans the parcel. Customers should use the tracking link provided in the dispatch email.
4.4 Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, including postcode, flat or unit number and access details. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delay or additional charges where lawful.
4.5 Customs, VAT and import charges
Where goods are shipped from outside the UK, customs procedures, import VAT, duties or carrier handling fees may apply depending on the shipping arrangement and applicable rules. Copprly should clearly state at checkout whether these costs are included, collected at checkout or payable on delivery.
4.6 Damaged or tampered packages
Please inspect your parcel as soon as reasonably possible. If it appears damaged, opened or tampered with, photograph the packaging and contact copprly@gmail.com promptly with your order number and evidence. We recommend reporting visible transit damage within 48 hours to help us raise a carrier investigation; this does not remove statutory rights.
4.7 Failed delivery and delays
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal, repeated non-availability or failure to follow carrier instructions, the parcel may be returned under carrier rules. Re-shipping charges may apply where lawful and caused by the customer. If a legally binding delivery deadline is missed, customers may have cancellation or other remedies under UK law.
